At Ghai’s Ghosts, we take great care in packaging and sending your orders so they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
Please note:

During busy periods (such as seasonal launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where applicable.
2. UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times are estimated as follows: Standard delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and location.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable delivery charges are shown in full prior to payment.
4. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile items are protected appropriately, and we aim to use packaging that is both secure and mindful of waste where possible.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Not all shipping services include tracking.
6. Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Ghai’s Ghosts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at sales@ghaisghosts.co.uk, and we will do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional postage costs may apply if an order needs to be resent.
8. Damaged Items During Delivery
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@ghaisghosts.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, including photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. This may change in the future, and updates will be reflected on this page.

11. Customs & Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import VAT, or handling charges set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. Ghai’s Ghosts has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
